Keeping your clients covered

We can offer your clients cover for a number of different types of legal issue. Some examples are:

  • Problems at work.
  • Consumer contract disputes.
  • Personal injury claims.
  • Neighbour problems.

Exclusions and limitations include

  • Excesses to make a claim.
  • Disciplinary hearings with your employer or internal grievance procedures.
  • An upper limit on the value of the contract entered into.
  • Minimum amounts in dispute in order to claim.
  • Disputes arising from loans, mortgages, pensions or investments.
  • An illness or bodily injury that happens gradually.
  • Failure to diagnose a condition.

There are a number of other general exclusions, including claims for events that happened before the policy began or claims where the prospects of success are not at 51% or higher.
