If you are having issues with any of our online portals, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our broker partner team who will talk you through any problems you might be experiencing.
All of our portals also have built in help functionality:
You should receive a renewal notice from our underwriting team no later than 6 weeks before the end of your current contract. If you haven’t heard anything from our team by this time, please get in touch.
Your clients simply have to call the number provided in their policy document, or they can download a claims form. We will assess your client’s claim and review their prospects of success.
Our claims handlers will work with your clients from start to finish to ensure they receive all the support they need. In our experience the majority of cases do not end up in court, but if an agreement can’t be reached, we will assign a lawyer to manage the case.
